Through digitisation of our Learning and Development Processes using Sanovel Campus, we have converted this platform into a social sharing platform where employees can both directly support their own development and be informed about developments and new projects in the organisation. By means of our digital learning tools and social learning platform, which we designed to support our pioneering position in technological transformation, our employees make development a part of their lives, whatever the time and place. We offer all our employees the opportunity to use technology in an effective way through such things as constant access to group sharing on the Sanovel Campus platform, follow-up for projects, access to visual and written documentation and information sharing. We ensure the optimal employee experience in the mobile applications we have put into use, with easy access from any place and via all types of device.
Following in the steps of digital transformation of our HR processes, we focused on increasing the quality and efficiency of all our processes by using applications for artificial intelligence and machine learning, and we aimed to lead Turkey in this subject.
We are working hard so that our employees, in the course of doing their jobs, can create a difference, not only within the company, but also externally for our stakeholders and our clients, who can make use of the innovation and opportunities. To achieve this aim we implemented the Sanomeet application. Sanomeet is an innovative system which gives us the possibility of sustaining the strong bonds we have formed with each other in a digital environment. It is a digital promotion and marketing platform. We at Sanovel are constantly striving to use technological opportunities to improve the way we conduct our business.
